Would you like to work with modern production machines and learn a technical profession on the job? As a Machine Operator you make sure machines are set up correctly and metal components are produced according to the required specifications. Previous experience is not essential: motivation, technical interest and a willingness to learn are just as important. You will join Aalberts in Hilversum or, working alongside experienced colleagues in a modern production environment.

Functie
- Set up and operate production machines
- Check products for quality and dimensions
- Identify and solve minor machine issues together with colleagues
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Work according to safety and quality procedures
Functie-eisen
- Interested in technology and motivated to learn how to work with machines
- Previous experience in a production environment is an advantage, but not required
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Own transportation to Hilversum or Zeewolde
- Accurate and responsible in your work
Aanbod
- A gross monthly salary starting from €3,700 including shift allowance, depending on experience
- 20% shift allowance for working in a 3-shift schedule
- Prospect of a permanent contract
- Pension from your first working day
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
- Profit-sharing bonus of up to 8%

Als Machine Operator zorg je ervoor dat machines goed zijn ingesteld en metalen onderdelen volgens de juiste specificaties worden geproduceerd. Functie
- Instellen en bedienen van productiemachines
- Controleren van producten op kwaliteit en maatvoering
- Signaleren en samen met collega's oplossen van kleine storingen
- Uitvoeren van eenvoudig onderhoud aan machines
- Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
Functie-eisen
- Interesse in techniek en gemotiveerd om met machines te leren werken
- Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar niet noodzakelijk
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Eigen vervoer naar Hilversum of Zeewolde
- Nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk kunnen werken
Aanbod
- Een bruto maandsalaris vanaf €3.700 inclusief ploegentoeslag, afhankelijk van ervaring
- 20% ploegentoeslag voor het werken in 3 ploegen
- Uitzicht op een vast contract
- Pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag
- Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer
- Winstuitkering tot 8%

Functie
- Machine large and complex components on modern CNC milling machines
- Independently set up, operate and adjust CNC machines
- Read and interpret technical drawings and fixture plans
- Select, replace and maintain cutting tools
- Work with Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens controls
- Inspect finished parts and ensure they meet strict quality standards
- Produce small batches with a high level of accuracy
- Contribute to continuous improvements within the machining department
Functie-eisen
- MBO-level education or equivalent technical working and thinking level
- Proven experience as a CNC Milling Operator
- Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Experience with at least one of the following control systems: Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens
- Able to read technical drawings and fixture plans
- Good command of the English language
- Willing to work in a 3 to 5-shift rotation
- Accurate, quality-driven and able to work independently
Aanbod
- A gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €5,400, depending on your experience
- Minimum 28% shift allowance, with the potential for higher shift premiums depending on the shift schedule
- The opportunity to secure a permanent contract after an initial secondment period
