Over de functie Als Junior Productie Operator / 3-ploegendienst bij Snack Connection in Giessen ben je dagelijks actief op de productievloer van onze moderne fabriek. Wat ga je doen?Als Junior Machine Operator leer je alles over het bedienen en controleren van de productielijnen. Onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's ontwikkel je jezelf steeds verder.Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Bedienen en controleren van moderne productiemachines.
• Instellen en bijstellen van machines volgens de juiste werkinstructies.
• Controleren van het productieproces en de kwaliteit van de producten.
• Signaleren van afwijkingen en kleine storingen.
• Meedenken over oplossingen wanneer het proces niet optimaal verloopt.
• Registreren van productiegegevens.
• Schoon en veilig houden van de werkplek.
• Samenwerken met collega's en de technische dienst.

Functieomschrijving

Als Junior Technisch Operator leer je stap voor stap hoe je het productieproces optimaal laat verlopen. Je werkt met moderne machines, robots en matrijzen en wordt begeleid door ervaren collega’s die je de kneepjes van het vak leren.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

• Assisteren bij het instellen, ombouwen en opstarten van spuitgietmachines en matrijzen
• Ondersteunen bij het instellen en controleren van robots
• Bewaken van het productieproces en signaleren van afwijkingen
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op producten
• Helpen bij het oplossen van kleine storingen
• Uitvoeren van basis onderhouds- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden
• Meedenken over verbeteringen in het proces
• Bijhouden van productiegegevens

Functie eisen

Je hebt interesse in techniek en wilt jezelf ontwikkelen binnen een productieomgeving. Je bent gemotiveerd om te leren en durft vragen te stellen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

• Enige ervaring met techniek of industriële machines (werk of opleiding)
• Technisch inzicht en interesse in productieprocessen
