Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende producent van hoogwaardige aluminium precisieprofielen die wereldwijd worden toegepast in onder andere de luchtvaart-, automotive-, medische en industriële sector. Binnen de moderne verspaningsafdeling werk je met een uitgebreid machinepark en de nieuwste CNC-technologieën. Functie

• Bedienen van verschillende CNC draai- en freesmachines
• Bewerken van zowel kleine series als enkelstuks
• Omspannen van producten tijdens het bewerkingsproces
• Controleren van producten met verschillende meetmiddelen
• Werken met CNC-machines zoals Hermle, Matec en Chiron MPS
• Zorgen voor een constante productkwaliteit volgens de gestelde toleranties
• Flexibel inzetbaar zijn binnen de verschillende CNC-machines op de afdeling

• Mbo werk- en denkniveau
• Ervaring als CNC Operator of een technische achtergrond
• Technische tekeningen kunnen lezen
• Ervaring met productcontroles is een pré
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal

Als Lead Operator CNC in Geldrop stuur je een compact CNC-team aan en ben je technisch verantwoordelijk voor machinale houtbewerking binnen een omgeving gericht op bedrijfswageninrichting en interieurbouw. Je combineert praktische vakkennis met leiderschap: je verdeelt taken, begeleidt medewerkers en zorgt dat producten volgens klantspecificaties en kwaliteitsnormen geproduceerd worden. Je bedient, stelt in en start CNC-gestuurde snij-, frees- en zaagmachines en past instellingen aan afhankelijk van materiaal en producttype. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor een nette, veilige werkplaats en ondersteunt je collega’s met duidelijke werkinstructies en procesbewaking. Je werkt in een informele, procesgerichte omgeving waar initiatief en communicatie belangrijk zijn. Functie-inhoud

• Leidinggeven aan een CNC-team van circa vijf medewerkers en zorgen voor een goede werkverdeling en motivatie binnen de ploeg.
• Verdelen van productietaken en toezien dat alle onderdelen voldoen aan klantspecificaties en kwaliteitseisen.
• Bedienen en instellen van CNC-gestuurde snij-, frees- en zaagmachines en meehelpen op de werkvloer wanneer nodig.
• Monitoren van procesverloop, afwijkingen signaleren en machine-instellingen aanpassen voor optimale productieoutput.
• Voorzien van duidelijke werkinstructies, begeleiden van collega’s en zorgen voor een nette, veilige werkplaats.
• Opstellen en aanpassen van technische tekeningen en berekeningen met relevante software voor CNC-bewerking.

Functie-eisen

• MBO werk- en denkniveau met aantoonbare affiniteit met interieurbouw of machinale houtbewerking.
• Ervaring met bedienen, instellen en opstarten van CNC-gestuurde snij-, frees- en zaagmachines is vereist.
• Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van productiemedewerkers en het organiseren van een klein team.
• Nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en proactief in het signaleren van procesafwijkingen en verbeteringen doorvoeren.
• Bereidheid om actief mee te werken op de werkvloer en collega’s praktisch te ondersteunen waar nodig.
• Ervaring met relevante teken- en berekeningssoftware en het lezen van bouwtechnische tekeningen.

• Een marktconform salaris tussen €3.000 en €4.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
• Detavast-contract voor 12 maanden met de intentie om bij goed functioneren te verlengen naar een vaste positie.

As a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer CAM Engineer you will be responsible for creating NC programs for multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines, as well as providing essential shop floor support to CNC machine operators. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and precise manufacturing of landing gear parts, and you will play a key role in solving machining problems as they arise.

What you'll do

• Develop / optimize NC programs for multi-axis milling and mill-turn machines using advanced CAM software.
• Provide hands-on shop floor support to CNC operators, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues on the shop floor to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that machining processes meet the required specifications and standards.
• Continuously improve machining processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the department.
• Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce / eliminate non-conformances.
• Develop / improve standard operation procedures (SOP).

Wie ben jij?

• Bachelor's in engineering (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing Technology).
• 5 Years' experience in a hard metal manufacturing and a passion for precision, multi-axis machining.
• Proficient in using CATIA V5. Experience with TopSolid, Siemens NX CAM, Vericut, CrashGuard, Tooltech and TDM is an advantage.
• Strong ability to read and interpret Siemens NC code and Heidenhain.
• Extensive experience with on-machine probing.
• Experience and knowledge with hard metals;
• Proven experience with deep-hole drilling, mill-turning and turning techniques.
• Solid background in operating and programming CNC machines, with a deep understanding of multi-axis milling and mill-turn operations. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of GD&T.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support production activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with CNC operators and other team members.
