As a packaging operative at FrieslandCampina in Leerdam, you will contribute to delivering premium cheese products to customers by ensuring every package meets our quality standards. In this role, you’ll work in a collaborative team environment, rotating tasks to keep your day varied and engaging. With no prior experience required, we’ll guide you through a step-by-step training process to help you succeed.
What You Will Do:
- Pack: carefully package cheese products to meet quality and presentation standards.
- Assist: support the cutting of cheese using specialized machinery.
- Inspect: carry out visual quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Rotate: switch between tasks during your shift to maintain variety and efficiency.
- Coordinate: communicate with colleagues and team leaders to align on planning and processes.

- Opportunities to grow into (assistant) operator roles.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and flexible team player ready to contribute to our packaging operations at FrieslandCampina.
- Minimum VMBO work and thinking level.
- Willing to work in a 3-shift rotation.
- Available at least 24 hours per week.
- Experience in production is a plus, not required.
- Precise, adaptable, and strong team collaboration skills.
