Als Machine Operator / Production Operator werk je op meerdere plekken in de productie. Je wisselt tussen afdelingen, afhankelijk van de planning. Flexibiliteit is hierbij belangrijk.

Afdeling Mengerij (noten roosteren)

Hier werk je met grote ovens om noten te roosteren. Je taken zijn onder andere:

• Ovens bedienen en controleren
• Noten in de machines doen
• Tijd en temperatuur instellen
• Kwaliteit van het product controleren
• Productiegegevens bijhouden en storingen melden
• Machines schoonmaken volgens de regels
• Samenwerken met collega’s voor een goed proces

Afdeling Hand Inpak (handmatig verpakken)

Op deze afdeling verpak je producten met de hand. Je werkzaamheden:

• Producten in dozen doen
• Dozen klaarmaken voor verzending
• Controleren van aantallen en kwaliteit
• Labels plakken op verpakkingen
• Werkplek netjes houden
• Samen werken om de doelen te behalen
  Deze afdeling vraagt om snelheid en nauwkeurigheid.

Afdeling Drageer (machines en verpakking)

Hier werk je met verpakkings- en productiemachines. Je taken zijn:

• Machines bedienen tijdens productie
• Kwaliteit controleren
• Kleine storingen oplossen
• Basis onderhoud uitvoeren
• Werkplek schoon en overzichtelijk houden

Werktijden

Je werkt fulltime in een 3-ploegendienst van maandag tot en met zondag:

• Ochtenddienst: 06:00 – 14:45
• Middagdienst: 14:00 – 22:45
• Nachtdienst: 22:00 – 06:45
  Soms werk je op zaterdag met extra toeslag.
