Wat je gaat doen

Als facility medewerker draag je bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse gang van zaken op onze moderne locatie in Leiden. Je zorgt ervoor dat het gebouw en de installaties goed functioneren en speelt een belangrijke rol in het creëren van een veilige en prettige werkomgeving. Met jouw technische inzicht en praktische aanpak los je problemen op en werk je nauw samen met leveranciers, monteurs en collega’s. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken en verantwoordelijkheden.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Reparaties en onderhoud: uitvoeren en opvolgen van werkzaamheden aan het gebouw en installaties.

• Leverancierscontact: onderhouden van contact met leveranciers, monteurs en gebouwbeheer bij storingen en defecten.

• Vergaderruimtes: controleren op werking, netheid en beschikbaarheid, en ondersteunen bij audiovisuele apparatuur.

• Veiligheid: uitvoeren van veiligheidsinspecties, melden van verbeterpunten en ondersteunen bij BHV-activiteiten.

• Administratie: registreren en bijhouden van keuringen, onderhoud en arbeidsmiddelen.

As a logistics employee, you will work through Staffice at a brand new and modern facility in Aalsmeer. Your workday starts at 08:00 or 10:00, depending on your shift. Together with your team, you ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods for your dedicated clients are processed accurately. Throughout the day, you alternate between various logistics tasks, keeping your work dynamic and versatile. You finish your day at 17:00 or 19:00 with the satisfaction that the planning is completely up to date.

Your Profile

• You are accurate, flexible, and eager to learn (there is plenty to learn here!).
• You speak and understand English or Dutch.
• You prefer stable working hours: your shift will start at either 08:00 AM or 10:00 AM .
• Previous experience in logistics is a plus, but having the right attitude is what matters most.

As a logistics employee, you will work through Staffice at a brand new and modern facility in Aalsmeer. Your workday starts at 08:00 or 10:00, depending on your shift. Together with your team, you ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods for your dedicated clients are processed accurately. Throughout the day, you alternate between various logistics tasks, keeping your work dynamic and versatile. You finish your day at 17:00 or 19:00 with the satisfaction that the planning is completely up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks with incoming and outgoing goods
• Checking incoming products for quality and quantity
• Storing goods in the warehouse using an EPT, forklift, or reach truck
• Collecting and preparing orders for shipment for your specific customer group
• Keeping the workspace in the new facility clean and organized
• Working together with your teammates to achieve daily logistics goals

Requirements

• Experience in the logistics.
• Willingness to work in shifts from 08:00 to 17:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00
• Proficiency in the Dutch or English language
• An accurate work attitude and a sense of team responsibility
