As an Assembly Mechanic, you will assemble and install various components of trailers and semi-trailers. You will work on customised vehicles that combine different technical systems. Als Assembly Mechanic ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct opbouwen en assembleren van modules en machines. Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens technische specificaties, checklists en procedures en zorgt ervoor dat machines kwalitatief en volgens planning worden opgebouwd.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

• Assemblage: je assembleert mechanische en mechatronische modules en machines op basis van klantspecificaties en technische tekeningen;
• Testen en controleren: je volgt checklists en demontageprocessen en voert tijdens test runs inspecties, kalibraties en afstellingen van dynamische functies uit. Je bewaakt daarbij de kwaliteit van het eindproduct;

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch vaardige Assembly Mechanic die zeer nauwkeurig, precies en accuraat werkt, graag met machines werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de kwaliteit van het eigen werk. Omdat je met kleine en soms complexe onderdelen werkt, is een hoge mate van nauwkeurigheid essentieel.

Your working day starts at 07:30. You check the technical drawing, prepare the components you need and start assembling. Step by step, the different parts come together until a complete machine or module is ready.
As an Assembly Mechanic Machine Building, you are involved in the complete assembly process. You work accurately according to technical drawings and work instructions and make sure every component is installed correctly.
During the assembly process, you also test and check your work. Do you notice something that could be improved or does a component not fit as expected? You report it and work together with your colleagues to find the right solution.
Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling machines and modules according to technical drawings;
• Installing and adjusting mechanical and mechatronic components;
• Testing and checking machines during the assembly process;
• Identifying technical issues and possible improvements;
• Working accurately according to work instructions and quality standards.

At the end of the process, you can see exactly what you and your colleagues have built. A complete machine that will eventually be used by a customer somewhere in the world.You currently work during the day shift from 07:30 to 16:30. In the future, the company may introduce a two shift schedule. It is therefore important that you are open to working in shifts if required. Wat we je bieden
