Wie ben jij
Als magazijnmedewerker bij DPD Meppel ben je fysiek in staat om pakketten tot 23 kilo te tillen. Verder is het volgende belangrijk:

• Je bent minimaal 18 jaar oud in verband met de werktijden.
• Je bent minimaal twee dagen in de week beschikbaar.
• Je hebt eigen vervoer om in Meppel te komen.
• Je bent beschikbaar tussen 02:00 - 07:30 én tussen 16:00-21:30.
• Je spreekt de Nederlandse of Engelse taal.

Wat ga je doen
Als magazijnmedewerker ben je vooral verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van alle pakketten! Je zorgt alle vrachtwagens worden geladen en gelost. Vervolgens zorg je ervoor dat ieder pakket op de juiste manier wordt gescand en gesorteerd. Zo zorg je ervoor dat alle pakketten bij de juiste regio's terechtkomen . Alles gebeurt hier met de hand, of ja, bijna alles dan! De sorteermachine helpt je een handje! De pakketten bij DPD Meppel kunnen wat zwaar wegen, soms wel 23 kg. Voor zo'n bikkel als jij moet dat geen probleem zijn! Zie het als een soort gym waarvoor je gewoon betaald krijgt. Win-win dus!

Waar ga je werken
In het depot van DPD in Meppel werk je binnen een hecht en collegiaal team. DPD behoort tot de voornaamste pakketbezorgers van het land. De locatie in Meppel bevindt zich op Bedrijventerrein Noord II en is uitstekend bereikbaar met de auto of de fiets! Je werkt samen met collega's uit talloze culturen. Hierdoor is de voertaal op de werkvloer voornamelijk Engels en pik je moeiteloos nieuwe taalkennis op! Tussen het werk door is er altijd tijd voor een gezellig praatje, zolang het tempo erin blijft. Who you are

• You are physically fit and able to carry parcels and work with heavy roll containers
• You have your own transport to get to location
• You are available for at least 2 days a week for the shift in the afternoon
• You are available for both shifts, or only the afternoon

What will you do
Loading and unloading trucks! This is your main task as a logistic employee at DPD Meppel. You will also sort and scan individual packages. Because the packages are heavy, the work can occasionally be physically demanding. Of course you don't find this a problem. This you will be doing in the following shifts:

• Night shift: Tuesday until Saturday from 2 am to 7:30 am
• Afternoon shifts: Monday until Friday from 4 pm to 9:30 pm

Where will you work
You will be working at DPD's pleasant logistics center in Meppel. Here, you will work in an international team where the atmosphere always scores a solid 8+! Good to know: DPD is moving to Zwolle in November. Do you have your own car? That's a nice plus for the future! But do you live nearby? Then just come by bike for now!
