To build the team well, it is important that you as an Automation Specialist meet the following requirements:

• You speak fluent English
• You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week
• You have at least 3 years experience with PC tools for task management
• You have at least 5 years of experience in an automation role
• You have at least 3 years of experience with IT process optimization
• You are available from Monday to Friday
• You are willing to work in Alphen
• You have experience with PC tools for task management

what will you do
As an Automation Specialist, you manage contracts. You update schedules. You assist internal teams. You answer questions. You perform administrative tasks. A VOG is required.

• Manage contracts and agreements with authors and editors
• Track and update publishing schedules and files
• Assist in content planning and communication with internal teams
• Handle administrative tasks and respond to author inquiries
