• A monthly salary of 2500 - 3000 € a month
• A direct contract with Student Experience
• 32 - 40 hours a week, hybrid, 1 day from home
• Modern office in Amsterdam

As Rental Property Administrator, you bring a proactive and customer-focused approach to the role. You're organized and ready to make a difference in students' lives.

• You have a HBO (higher professional education) level of working and thinking, ideally in Real Estate & Brokerage.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English are essential; Dutch is a bonus.
• You are solution-oriented, meticulous, and customer-friendly.

As a Rental Property Administrator, you'll be the central point of contact for our rental process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all students. You'll handle various administrative and communication tasks related to accommodation.

• You will be responsible for the correct handling of the entire rental process, from application to move-in.
• You will manage accounts receivable, including checking outstanding invocies and sending reminders.
• You'll be the first point of contact for potential and current tenants, responding to inquiries via email and phone.
• You will manage and check rental files to ensure accuracy and compliance
