But we also have built the software that controls these games and platform which millions of fans communities can play, share, modify and build around more than 5,000 titles. That makes us an entertainment studio with a full spectrum. As such, our search for talent brought us more than the game industry and in architecture, economics, psychology, and industrial design. This is a task remotely. Do you speak any of these languages: English, German, French, Dutch or Italian? Are you social? Then this job for you. It is not necessary to go to the office every day. You work directly from home.


What we are looking for:

Customer Support Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service and building customer loyalty by the courteous, efficient handling of customer interactions according to the guidelines and requirements of the customer.



- Responding to customer queries and first contact solutions to problems with customers via telephone, typed chat and email.

- Provide timely and accurate responses to questions and requests from customers.

- Take personal ownership of customer requests and keep responsibility for follow-up.

- Perform account management, data entry and order processing functions.

- Provide exceptional customer experience, measured by customer surveys.

- Provide proactive communication with customers via telephone, typed chat or email if necessary.

- See a professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude to employees and customers.

- Ensure the security and confidentiality of internal information and customer / account information.

- Escalate or refer to matters beyond the reach of Tier I courses and tasks fall.

- Clear understanding of department policies and procedures.

- Support account, payment and technical related problems.

- Other duties as assigned.



- Good written and oral communication skills.

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Comfort with the use of telephony-related hardware and software

- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

- Excellent attention to detail


Salary: 35 € / hour
