As a Working Foreman, you are the link between the employees on the shop floor and the daily production process. You lead the team, monitor the work, and actively contribute to solving technical and operational challenges. You work with a predominantly CNC-controlled machine park used for various machining processes involving industrial cutting tools.

Your day includes:

• Supervising and supporting employees on the shop floor
• Planning and coordinating daily activities to ensure production runs smoothly
• Working hands-on with CNC-controlled machinery and production processes
• Identifying and solving technical and operational problems
• Monitoring the quality and progress of the work
• Looking for ways to improve processes, machines, and team performance
• Supporting and motivating employees to achieve the best possible results
• Working in accordance with safety, quality, and company procedures
• Taking responsibility for a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace

• At least MBO working and thinking level
• At least 2 years of experience as a lead operator, production team leader, or similar role in the metal industry
• Experience with CNC machines and technical processes

Als Meewerkend Voorman ben je de schakel tussen de medewerkers op de werkvloer en het dagelijkse productieproces. Je stuurt het team aan, bewaakt de werkzaamheden en draagt actief bij aan het oplossen van technische en operationele uitdagingen. Je werkt met een overwegend CNC-gestuurd machinepark dat wordt ingezet voor verschillende bewerkingen van industrieel snijgereedschap.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Aansturen en ondersteunen van medewerkers op de werkvloer
• Plannen en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden om het productieproces soepel te laten verlopen
• Meewerken met CNC-gestuurde machines en productieprocessen
• Signaleren en oplossen van technische en operationele problemen
• Bewaken van de kwaliteit en voortgang van de werkzaamheden
• Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen, machines en de prestaties van het team
• Ondersteunen en motiveren van medewerkers om het beste resultaat te behalen
• Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en bedrijfsprocedures
• Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor een veilige, efficiënte en goed georganiseerde werkplek

• Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als meewerkend voorman, lead operator, productieleider of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de metaalindustrie
• Ervaring met CNC-machines en technische productieprocessen
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
• Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met automatisering
• Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden
• Een hands-on mentaliteit en stressbestendige houding
