Wat je gaat doen

As an operator in a 5-shift schedule at International Flavors & Fragrances in Tilburg, you will contribute to the production of high-quality fragrance components used in globally recognized products like detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes. Your role involves precision, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining safety and efficiency in a dynamic production environment. With your experience and dedication, you’ll ensure that every batch meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.

What You Will Do:

• Weighing: accurately measure ingredients using a mobile weighing station, following recipes that may include up to 30 components per batch.
• Blending: mix ingredients precisely to prepare fragrance materials for the next production steps.
• Monitoring: oversee machines and installations, intervening when necessary to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Quality control: inspect products against strict standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Shift work: adapt to a 5-shift schedule, including early, late, and night shifts, ensuring seamless production continuity.

Wat we je bieden

• An hourly wage of €21.11, supplemented by a 30% shift allowance paid over all hours worked, bringing total earnings to €3,900+ gross per month.
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
• 13 ADV days, and a 13th-month payment managed via a flexible budget.
• A travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer.
• A realistic opportunity to be hired directly by IFF down the line.

• Good command of Dutch and/or English at a minimum B2 level.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a production worker or operator.
• A detail-oriented mindset and the physical ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Full availability to work in a 5-shift schedule.
• Comfort and enthusiasm for working with fragrances and chemical substances.
